Microsoft Onboarding Experience
We all have our own unique ways of working. What type of worker are you? Taking inspiration from a renowned study on employee types, we have classified workers into four categories and introduced new characters: The Creator, The Visionary, The Connector, and The Team Player. As part of our onboarding process, every new employee will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with these characters.
